It's been a while...

I've been doing some interesting things and I've also had a birthday this month. I'm taking care of my health, eating properly, exercising and sleeping right. I'm living my BEST LIFE!
My intentions are to keep a log of my accomplishments. When I first began my BLOG I weighed 188 lbs. Not so good when you're only 5'3" tall... I'm now 174 lbs, but I'm looking forward to losing another 20 pounds before the New Year.
I begin with a workout daily; if I'm unable to work out before work in the morning, I workout as soon as I get home. You would have to do what works best for you and your schedule. Mind you, I wake up a half hour earlier than normal when I'm working out in the mornings. In doing so, not only do I get my workout on in peace, I also get some quiet time to think about my concerns and what I need to accomplish for me in that day. I am completely in the moment during that time of day!
I eat within an 8 hour window and I allow my body to digest my foods for 16 hours each day which is good for normal digestion and getting rid of that stomach bulge. My typical day begins with a Prebiotic in the morning (strawberries, cherries and black berries [this is an antioxidant]).
My breakfast consists of one egg (how I choose to have it that day) and 2 strips of bacon cut in half to make me feel like it's four pieces. My lunch is a salad with chicken or tuna inside of it (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, broccoli, hard boiled egg, shredded cheese and bacon bits) and any variation of the salad items however I choose. My dinner is a vegetable, a protein (meat) and sometimes I'll add a carbohydrate if I'm feeling like it.
I only eat from a small cereal bowl and I drink lots and lots of water and lemon water throughout the day. Sometimes I may even add some Crystal light to my water to change things up, but not too often. I drink tea as well, herbal teas.
If you're looking for different recipes, you can reach me about that. I'll share some low carb recipes, keto recipes and paleo recipes with you (for FREE)... I switch my meals up from time to time; it keeps them from being boring, but I always eat low carb.
My photos show signs of weight loss. It shows in my face as well as my body. 20 more pounds to go and I'll probably even pose in a swimsuit to show off my accomplishment! ...SIKE! But you will see a difference!!
Okay, I've got to go! But before I do, I just wanted to say, "If your DREAMS don't scare you, they aren't BIG enough!" Dream on and believe you can be who you imagine as long as you put in the hard work that comes with it!
I will be a Life Coach with an overwhelming audience holding on to my inspiring words.

What's your opinion on this? Do you have any dreams you would like to work towards? Maybe you are uncertain of what it is you would like to do. Drop me a line to chat about it!
I absolutely love this entry. It's full of positive enforcement, and it provides me with some refreshing insight about the author.
It's indeed a breath of fresh air. Thank you for sharing.
