Never be afraid to dream big. And if your dreams don't scare you, well they just aren't BIG enough!
I have a lot of things going on in my life right now; some have to do with family, and some of these things are my own issues. I wear many hats and I have a 9 to 5. I am also a Christian. Now I'm not going to push my beliefs on anyone, but I'm not going to hide them either. I pray that I flourish in ALL areas of my LIFE and I want my health to be at it's best, which means I have to watch what I eat... and I have to exercise.
Exercise is not my best friend! I don't like it and it doesn't like me! But we're going to learn to deal with each other this year. I'll start slow; about as slow as I've started with eating right.
And No, this is not a Resolution! This is just my promise to myself. And unlike other times, this time I have apps on my new phone as well as MOTIVATION to help me achieve my goals! Don't judge me!
If you should have any interest in knowing about any of these free apps that I use, email me for info. I started with 1 app and added in more as I saw fit.
Are you planning on eating healthier in 2018? What about exercising? I'm starting a 30 Day exercise regimen within the next 2 weeks to start getting myself ready for a healthy life. Any small change will still be an improvement. You can join me if you'd like. You don't have to do it to lose weight. You can just get healthy with me!
I'm starting out by adding more water to my day, everyday. If you wish to join in, you can start small. Add at least one 16 oz. bottle of water into you day, each day, for at least 5 days. On the 6th day increase it to 2 bottles. Continue to add an extra bottle of water to your regimen every 6 days until you're drinking four 16 oz. bottles of water a day.
I'm beginning my 30 Day Challenge in February. If you're interested in joining me you can just log in and gather the information for the start date on February 3rd. I'm open for any ideas as well, simply email me or click the FB or Instagram Icons and message me with your ideas.
